Can I print more than one image on one canvas?

Yes! We have a variety of options to suit your needs. Right now, we have costume options for 1 to 3 picture together in one portrait!

 

Is my photo good enough to use?

If you followed our photo guidelines, then yes your photo is very likely good enough to use. We conduct a photo check for every new order we receive and will email you if we need a different one. But it's best to take matters in to your own hands and ensure you upload the best photo you have.

If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days. Please note that if you refuse to provide a replacement after we have informed you that the original photo may not result in quality canvas art, then we cannot refund you. It's your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the photo you provide.

Note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide a high quality photo and although we do review orders, it is not our responsibility to chase you for a better photo. Low quality photos will not result in a high spec design that we show on site. All examples on our website were produce using high quality photos.

 

How long does it take?

Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your hand-drawn portrait out to you in 7-10 days. 

 

What currency are the prices?

All prices on our store are denominated in British Pound (GBP).

 

How is the portrait sent?

Your portrait will be digital so it will be emailed to you when its complete, ready to print or put t-shirt whatever you decide to do with it.

 

What if I am not happy with my portrait?

Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the person and are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

 

What can I have as my background?

Whatever you want! You just let us know your idea and we will make it happen.

 

Do pets count as a person?

Unfortunately yes.

 

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?

Yes, absolutely, unlike some we put no restrictions on your portrait, its yours to do whatever you want with.

 

Can you work from more than one photo?

The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us 

 

What quality should the photo I send to you be?

The better quality the photo the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we’re having any issues.

 

I have a large group I need doing?

No problem just drop us an email and we can discuss large jobs.

 

Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.

 

 What dimensions will my illustration come in?

The standard size (dimensions) are 12x16 and 16x12. If you would like a different size just let us know in your order notes.

  

I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?

Usually yes, you will receive all items in one parcel. Sometimes one piece of art is completed a day or two before the other in the order. In these cases we ship out the completed artwork in one parcel and then send the other once it's ready.

 

 Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes you will get a tracking number. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer support and total transparency about your order status. We'll email you your tracking number as soon as it's available.

We'll also send you ongoing email updates about where your parcel is. And we'll update you on the day it's due to be delivered! If you haven't received your tracking number after 14 days, please email us. Usually once you've got your tracking number, your order will arrive within just a few days.

  

My tracking number isn't working!

Please don't worry. Send us an email and we'll let you know exactly where your parcel is.

  

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept PayPal payments. 

 

Do you offer refunds?

As your order is 100% unique and custom made for you, we cannot offer refunds. If you have a problem with your final product, please email us and we'll do our best to make sure you're happy.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, let us know and we'll send out a replacement as fast as possible! Note that while we do not refund faulty orders, we do replace them as quick as we can.

 

My order arrive damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as you notice the damage and/or defect. We will offer you a replacement and send it out to you as fast as we can.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

We accept all cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order, no questions asked. Any cancellation request sent after this 24 hour window will be accepted at our discretion. If accepted, you will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This is because your artist will have been assigned and will have already spent time working on your artwork by this point.
Orders that have been sent to print cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

No one is replying to my emails!

During busy periods such as the festive period, sales and promotions, we receive a lot more emails than usual. As such we request that you allow 2-3 days for us to get back to your initial email inquiry.

Note that we operate on a first-in first-out policy as well as a priority response system. This means that you should only send 1 email enquiry. Sending a follow up a day or so later will actually send your email to the back of the queue, which neither of us want to happen!
